Centrifugal fans are machines that rely on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and deliver gas. It is a driven fluid machine.
Centrifugal fans are widely used to:
1. Ventilation, dust removal and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings;
2. Ventilation and drafting of boilers and industrial furnaces;
3. Cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household appliances;
4. Drying and selection of grains;
5. Inflation and propulsion of wind tunnel sources and hovercraft.
Please carefully read the fan manual and product samples, familiarize yourself with and understand the fan's specifications, form, impeller rotation direction and airflow direction; check again that the fan parts are in good condition, otherwise they should be repaired before installation.
Fans must be installed with safety devices to prevent accidents and be installed and wired by professionals familiar with the relevant safety requirements.
The air duct connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan is separately supported, and the overlapping weight of the pipeline is not allowed to be added to the components of the fan; the horizontal position of the fan should be paid attention to when installing the fan, and the connection between the joint surface of the fan and the foundation and the outlet duct should be adjusted. Make it natural and do not force the connection.
After the fan is installed, use the hand or lever to move the impeller to check whether it is too tight or rubbing. If there is any obstruction to the rotation, the test operation can be carried out without abnormality. The exposed part of the fan drive should be protected. Cover (user-supplied) If the air inlet of the fan is not connected to the pipeline, it is necessary to add a protective net or other installation device (user-supplied).
