When the impeller rotates with the rotating shaft, the gas between the blades also acquires inertial centrifugal force as the impeller rotates, and the gas is thrown out from the outlet between the blades. The gas that is scooped out is squeezed into the casing, so that the gas pressure inside the casing is increased and finally discharged to the outlet. After the gas is scooped out, the pressure at the central portion of the impeller decreases. The outside air can be sucked from the suction port of the fan through the hole in the center of the front plate of the impeller, and the gas is continuously supplied.
