Before the installation of the fan equipment is in place, the installation reference line is released according to the design drawings and according to the axis, edge line and elevation line of the building. Remove grease, dirt and debris from the base surface of the equipment and debris from the anchor holes. The integrally installed fan, the handling and hoisting of the rope shall not be bound to the rotor and the sling of the casing or bearing cap. When the whole installation fan is hoisted, it should be placed directly on the foundation. The horn should be leveled and positioned. The horn should generally be placed on both sides of the anchor bolt. The diagonal horn must be used in pairs. After the equipment is installed, the same assembled iron should be spot welded together to prevent loosening when the force is removed. The fan is installed on the non-shock damper bracket. It should be padded with a rubber plate of 4 to 5 mm thick. When the fan is installed on the frame with the shock absorber, the ground should be flat. The load compression of each group of shock absorbers should be uniform and not eccentric. Take protective measures after installation to prevent damage. The shaft of the ventilator must be level. When the fan and the motor are connected by a coupling, the two axes should be in the same line. When the fan and the motor are driven by a V-belt, the alignment is performed to ensure that the axes of the motor and the fan are parallel to each other and the lines of the two pulleys coincide. The degree of tension of the V-belt can generally be tapped in the middle of the installed belt with a slight bounce. When installing the pulley between the fan and the motor, the operator should be tight to prevent hand injury. Do not put your fingers into the pulley when hanging the belt to prevent accidents. A protective cover shall be installed on the exposed part of the transmission of the fan and the motor. When the suction or suction pipe of the fan is directly connected to the atmosphere, a protective net or other safety device shall be installed. The outlet duct of the fan outlet should be connected to the elbow in the direction of the impeller. Where the site conditions permit, the distance A from the outlet to the elbow shall be greater than or equal to 1.5 to 2.5 times the long side of the outlet of the tuyere. If it is not possible to meet the requirements of the site conditions, the guide vanes should be used in the elbow to make up.
